The possession of knowledge does not kill the sense of wonder and mystery. There is always more mystery.

About This Quote

The possession of knowledge does not kill the sense of wonder and mystery. There is always more mystery in the world. People often think that if they know more about a subject, then there is nothing left to be a mystery about. Not so. There is always more to be learned and it’s important to have a curiosity about everything around us, but I don’t think you should let people’s knowledge of a subject weigh too heavily on your own sense of wonder and mystery.
